During my time at Converges, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist for Windows 8, Windows 10, and Outlook software. My job was to assist clients by addressing technical issues, troubleshooting system errors, and providing solutions to optimize performance. I worked both independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to resolving technical problems, I also educated clients on the best practices for using their software. This experience helped me refine my technical skills and develop a strong customer service ethic.

After several months at Converges, my team and I were reassigned to Walmart, where we transitioned into customer service roles. At Walmart, we focused on assisting customers with a variety of needs, including answering questions, resolving product-related issues, and helping with store services. This shift offered me the opportunity to expand my skill set in a retail setting, as I became more familiar with the demands of high-volume customer interactions. It was an exciting challenge that helped me grow both professionally and personally.
